The History Behind TPH

For nearly three decades, Top Property Holdings has grown from humble beginnings into a full-scale real estate development company. Founded by Greg and Lori Toporcer, what began with flipping homes and apartment buildings has evolved into developing modern, purpose-built spaces for businesses to grow and succeed.
In 2024, TPH broke ground on its first building within a new commerce plaza in North Jackson, Ohio — the start of a planned five- to six-building development designed to attract and support a diverse mix of commercial and industrial tenants.

Built on hard work, family values, and a commitment to long-term growth, Top Property Holdings continues to expand its footprint while staying true to the principles that started it all.
