Greg Toporcer is the Owner and Founder of Top Property Holdings, as well as Discover Global, Rust Buster Frameworks, and Fishbone Offroad. He also owns Kentrol Inc., continuing the brand’s long-standing reputation for quality Jeep accessories. Greg holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Youngstown State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Kent State University. A self-taught entrepreneur at heart, he’s built his career by combining technical understanding with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. His experience across manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and e-commerce gives him a unique perspective when developing and managing commercial properties — ensuring they’re functional, efficient, and adaptable to each tenant’s needs. Outside of work, Greg is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Lori, spend much of their free time supporting their three children’s soccer careers — from local matches to Division I competition. Family remains the cornerstone of everything Greg does, both personally and professionally.
