Lori Toporcer is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources for all companies under the Top Property Holdings umbrella — including Discover Global, Rust Buster Frameworks, Fishbone Offroad, and Kentrol Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Marketing from Youngstown State University, a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education from YSU, and a Master’s in Middle School Education from Walsh University. Lori’s background in both business and education gives her a balanced approach to leadership — one built on structure, empathy, and communication. Known for her steady presence and strong organizational skills, Lori keeps the financial and human sides of the companies aligned. She’s often the quiet force behind the scenes, managing operations from her laptop — even during her kids’ soccer games.
